Preschool...

Since the beginning of the School year I've been doing a co-op preschool with a few of my friends and their kids. It's every Wednesday from 9:30-11:30. Since there are 5 other moms, preschool is at my house and I teach every 6 weeks. It's been a great experience, Rhenley is a very social girl thanks to KinderCare. (For those of you who don't know, I was a Preschool teacher at KinderCare Learning Center/Daycare from 2001-2007. After I had the twins I stopped working:) Anyway, Rhenley loved being with friends, learning, doing crafts etc..while at KinderCare. I eventually want to run my own preschool, but for now this co-op preschool thing has been good for me and for Rhenley. It makes me very anxious for my own preschool, I really enjoy teaching.

So, the point of this particular post was to show picts of Rhenley at the Fire Station. We were able to tour the fire station for preschool today. The kids were very well behaved and loved seeing the Firefighters. It is fun to see things through the eyes of a child. Kids are like little sponges, just soaking up everything, being excited about visiting with a fireman. It was a really good trip!
