The girls participated in a little dance camp this summer. It was a week long (Rhen went 2 weeks, one week for ballet, one week for jazz), it was so much fun for the girls, they LOVED it! It was put on by 2 girls that go to our church, they are dancers themselves and wanted to raise a little money for the summer, it was a huge success, my girls can't wait til next year:)
At the end of the week they put on a little dance recital, it was so cute to watch our little ballerinas.
Jodee & Jayda knew so much of the choreography, it was so stinkin' cute:)
Rhenley loved her Jazz performance, she got to dance to a High School Musical song. (Plus the girls got to make their red headbands:)

Baby #4...
Well, I'm now almost 20 weeks pregnant with baby #4. Yesterday we had our ultrasound and are pleased to announce we are having another GIRL! My due date has been January 10th, then maybe more like the 1st, now it's around the 4th. We would love this baby to join our family at the end of the year. (Tax purposes, wink, wink:)
We were hoping for a boy, but are so thrilled for another girl. Girls are what we do Best!:) --I love this picture, her sweet little profile, little nose, mouth, are her belly:)
--Technology... AMAZING! (A little skeletonish, but still sweet... I'm pretty sure she's smiling:)

Zion's National Park
On our way home we drove through Zion's National Park... it was so amazing. It was so nice to see all the natural beauty of the earth... How could you look around and not think of our Heavenly Father, the creation of the earth, and just be in awe. I wish we would have had more time to hike around. (Many of the younger "teen" and "twenty something" cousins did a few of the hikes at the park, but the hikes they went on were too hard for little kids) (Too hard for out of shape adults too:)

We had such a nice time in Utah with our family. But we couldn't wait to get back home to Lucas, (Jake & a little help from Kyra) drove 16 hours in 1 day to get us back home... Wow, now that was an Adventure!

Zion Ponderosa Ranch... Our week of fun...
--Just hanging out in the evening, talking, laughing... wish I would have taken pictures of more of the family. (Picture taken by my cousin Angela who always had her camera flashing... Me & Jayda, my sister Kyra & Bronsen.
Thank goodness for gameboys and hammocks... Jodee, just lounging around, trying to stay cool.:)
It was so hot... we swam Every Day... even twice a day... the girls loved it!
--Grandma Nea, the girls, & my brother's girlfriend Marissa taking a dip in the pool
The Rock slide... (my cousins and a few siblings making a train down the slide... it was quite the sight to see:)
We did a little shopping at their gift shop... Jayda walked around and helped herself to several things, she was so cute:)
Quite a few of the boys & even girls played a little paintball in the blazing heat... much braver than I:)
--Brother-in-law: Jake, Cousins: Tyson & Tyler, Brother: Keith
My brave little girls loved the Zip-Line...
-- I was so proud of both girls, but to watch my little Jodee get up there, no fear, and jump off, brought a tear to my eye:)

Auntie Kyra, Cousin Brenden, and Grandma Nea went too...

FUN TIMES!!!

Swallow Family Reunion 2010
The girls and I went to my mom's family reunion at the end of July. (Lucas had to work, man we missed him:( We drove 5 hours to Boise, ID, and stayed with Grandma Stevens. The next day we drove another 5 hours to Salt Lake City... we walked around temple square, visited the visitor centers, and then stayed with my mom's cousin Darnell.
The spirit on temple square was simply amazing, I found myself overwhelmed by the spirit several times. The girls loved looking at The Christus, it was wonderful to be there.
We also loved all the sculptures of the prophets, they looked so real. What a special place temple square is.
The next day we drove another 5 hours to "Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort" near Zion's National Park. It was a LONG drive, the girls did pretty well considering... (We drove with my sister Kyra, her hubby Jake, and their 2 boys:) It was quite the adventure... two words... ROAD RAGE!:)
--The Moose where ALL 50 members of the Swallow Clan stayed... now that was quite the experience:)
The view from the Lodge's balcony...
It was a very nice place, lots of dirt, trees, sunshine, and BUGS...:)
Next post... what we did while at the resort...
