Christmas Dinner

Can you guess who's queen of the table?
Kids table… ready for grub...
We had the best feast on Christmas day… Super delicious turkey, potatoes, pistachio salad (which Jayda was eyeing before dinner even started) :)

 YUMMY!

Love this girl! (Rhenley loved her wolf hat from Megan & Robbie, she didn't take it off the entire day)

Christmas Morning...

All surprises and smiles Christmas morning...

Abby made me these awesome signs for my kitchen, LOVE them! (there is a cheese grater, "Be Grateful" sign as well.

52 Weeks of FHE from Mom & Dad :)
From Us:  We found Kory some awesome "batman" throwing knives, Mom got a fabulous book about a lady named Stephanie Nielson (NieNie dialogues blog), Robbie got his favorite sports teams pasta, and a shirt, Miss Emily is a princess, so we had to get her a gown :)

Merry Christmas Family, We Love You All!

Christmas Eve Nativity

The children (with the help of Grandma Jiggy & Aunt Abby), reenacted the nativity for us on Christmas Eve.  It was very cute!
Rhenley & Jakob "Mary & Joseph", Grandma Jiggy "Donkey"
Sydney & Dayna "Shepherds"
AJ as baby Jesus :)

After the nativity, there was a knock at the door… there was a BIG garbage sack full of pajamas...

We LOVE new jammies, the girls LOVED their 1Direction jambes :)

Family Talent Show @ Camp Z

One evening while at Camp Z, we had a family talent show
My favorite talent was our girls :) Brought tears to my eyes...
Rhenley played her violin, while the other girls sang, "I am a Child of God"

Every family had fun talents:  Tessa & her family sang "Once There Was a Snowman"

Kory & his family did "Jingle Bells" in a variety of ways…

Megan & family did a magic show, wearing mustaches, even little AJ, and Megan had staches :)

Mom, Dad, Erikka & her fiance, Graham, did a silly little skit...

My other favorite talent was a joint effort.  Ray & Andi celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary this year.  We did "their song" for the talent show.  It was a total surprise, Andi & Ray were in tears :)  Lucas- viola, Megan & Tessa-violin, Darren-guitar, Kory-bass, Abby-piano
Me, Robbie, Erikka, & Graham sang :)  It was lovely!

(I'm having difficulty posting the videos of the talents :(  Ugh! )

Christmas @ Camp Zarahemla

We were with Lucas' family this year for Christmas… We went to Camp Zarahemla, (a church owned camp just outside of Naches near White Pass)  We love staying at the lodge… plenty of room for all of us!  The kids love being with their cousins, I'm so thankful to have our family close so the cousins can become best friends!
Here is our beautiful tree, thanks to Brother & Sister Warnick (the missionaries at Camp Z)
The kids spent many hours putting together legos, playing games, putting together puzzles, doing crafts, and playing any electronic they could get their hands on :)

I LOVE this picture of all the boys huddled around Rhenley, hoping to get a chance to play her Kindle :)

Service with a smile :)  The kids helped carry armful, after armful of wood to restock the wood pile :)

Christmas continued...

Musically Sharp

Mrs. Manchi Gadbois, is one of the best teachers around, not only is she super talented and really good at teaching young artists, she volunteers her time to teach them!
Rhenley loves her!

Rhenley's elementary school orchestra performed at our local mall for the holiday season!

They played 4 or 5 songs, and the school's choir performed several songs as well.  They all did such a great job.  It's so fun to watch Rhenley get better and better!  She takes after her dad! :)

CARES- A is Attitude

At the girl's elementary school they have a CARES system, which rewards children for good behavior, C- cooperation, A-attitude, R-respect, E-effort, S-safety

This last month Jayda's teacher chose her as having the best Attitude in her class… one child from each class is chosen… Jayda was very surprised, and happy :)

So Proud of you Jayda-Bayda, Thanks for having a positive attitude at school, We Love You!

Mom was SUPER surprised!  We were worried for months, but it went off with her being surprised!  The preparation was so worth it!

Candy and Popcorn bar… LOVED this idea :) Thank You Pinterest!

We had the best time with our "photo booth" :)

The food was delicious, italian sodas were yummy… LOVED that so many of our family and friends were able to make it to the party!
