Carving Pumpkins...

This is Gross!

 For Family Home Evening the Monday before Halloween, the girls carved their pumpkins (with Grandpa Manis' help... Daddy had school, so he came late to our carving party... Thanks grandpa for your help!:)

 They did a really good job, and I'm so lame and didn't even get a picture of the finished products...
I found some cute "Mr. Potato Head" like pieces at The Dollar Tree, 2 of our pumpkins weren't carved, just put the faces on, super cute, and super easy:)

 I was proud of myself this year, I actually took the time to bake the pumpkin seeds... I LOVE pumpkin seeds, but have never baked my own.  And per suggestion from a friend, soaked the seeds in soy sauce, over night, in the fridge... They turned out perfectly and tasted so YUMMY!
