My sister Leslie told me about a great blog called The Gift Closet, a great site for gift ideas, and giveaways. On Mondays they do a bloggy game for moms.
So, for my Mamalicious Monday post, I'm going to blog about, Shrek, Shrek 2, and Shrek 3.:) I enjoy these movies, and recently the twins really like them. I'm not complaining, because there are more annoying movies they could be watching ALL THE TIME. Every morning for the last 2 weeks, instead of watching cartoons on TV, we watch SHREK.
EVERY DAY, for THE LAST 2 WEEKS, SHREK, or SHREK 2, or SHREK 3. They really like SHREK 3 because they love the little ogre babies. I sit occasionally and watch with them, but it's getting a little old now, so I'm trying to find other movies, or cartoons that they'll really like... any suggestions?
Do any other moms have kids that want to watch the same cartoons, or movies EVERY day?:)

If my kids over watch a movie, it miraculously disappears. Call me mean but it just goes away for a little while and they forget and find something different, trust me I had to do this with The Diamond Castle, and Lilo and Stitch with Jocie, and with Avery it was Annie. Crazy I know. LoL good luck with that.
I just try to distract mine with a new movie. He got stuck on Alvin and the Chipmunks for a long time then I introduced him to Chicken Little. You just say, "OH! Chicken Little, you should watch that!" and then they get all excited. At least mine does. ;)
Thanks for playing Mama Monday! Yes, my son loves the Incredibles(I enjoy that one too), Super Why is a good show, & year-round they love The Polar Express. :)

Elizabeth loves the animated Star Wars Clone Wars.
Olivia can't "live" without Cinderella and Barbie.
I don't watch with them. I go do something else in a different room. They are always playing while they watch anyway.
The girls and I head to the library and they get to pick out a movie or two to watch for the week. That way the obsession only lasts for a week :) Glad you joined Mamalicious Monday!! I will be looking forward to your posts.
My kids go through this periodically. For Spencer it was Toy Story 1 & 2. For Taylor it was Cinderella when she was very little.
Nixon's current obsession is Finding Nemo. He's a bit OCD-ish, so if he doesn't get to see some of it in the morning while I'm showering, the whole day is off.;)
Oh yes! For the last couple weeks Addie is stuck on Tinkerbell! It's super cute but it's also getting a little old. Not to mention she's going around asking people what thier talents are! :) BTW, thanks for your comments! I really wish I could have been there this weekend, Mark said it was just so good to see everyone. Can't wait for my visit this summer!
